Gov group is a scam
I ordered an RTX 3080 from them on April 21, 2021 and it is now December 3rd, 2021. I've been leaving message after message, email after email requesting my refund, absolutely no reply at all. I paid $1270 and I want my money back!

I am not sure what the confusion here is with this purchase I had left you a voicemail explaining that the item was on backorder direct with the manufacturer Unfortunately they pushed that ETA for the next possible ship date back I then received this Revdex.com complaint, so I contacted the manufacturer and had your backorder removed from their system Your order was already refunded and your backordered place in line for this item was deleted Please help explain what further action you would like for us to take Also, feel free to contact me directly on the phone or through email

The item is brand new and covered with full manufacturer's warranty.  Unfortunately we cannot just ship a brand new fully functional drone to a customer without having them first return the item.  A simple phone call to the manufacturer would have most likely resulted in technical support...

being able to help this customer in being able to start the drone. Or the manufacturer could have simply offered the return to them as covered and stated in the warranty coverage.

On 5/1/15 payment for $122.12 cleared the bank acct ending 9299 and was advised of time frame for delivery is 3-4 Weeks. To this day we have not received or merchandise.

Made a call to [redacted] @5:30pm CST only to be forced to leave call back # which I did, Left Home # [redacted]Desired Settlement: Receive item ordered or money back

Review: Placed an order with GovGroup.com on May 15, 2013. Credit card was billed on May 30, 2013. Product has never been received. I have tried to email, and contact supplier by phone at least a dozen times since June 15th. Cannot get a person on the phone, and no one has returned any of my messages. I'm extremely frustrated and believe that this is a front, and not a legitimate business.Desired Settlement: I really need to know if my order is going to be delivered. If this is a scam, I need to find out so I can process formal charges against the company if necessary, and also get my money returned to my credit card.

I have already been in contact with this customer and they have been refunded in full for an item that they purchased that was on backorder. The order confirmation and product page shows the item with a 2-3 week lead time. They were leaving voicemails in a empty box that is no longer being used...not sure how they actually got to that voicemail. We have also received a "thank you" message from Judith Wolf for resolving this issue. This was all handled on Monday of this week and we are also not open on the weekends, when calls were placed for this order.

Review: [redacted] Co., LTD contacted [redacted], CEO of Govgroup, on 8/14/2013 to request a quote on purchasing two Cisco CE-100T-8 Cisco Carrier Ethernet Cards (part#: [redacted]). The contract was signed and the money in the amount of $4,760 USD was wired transferred to Mr. [redacted] on 9/26/2013. Mr. [redacted] confirmed that he had received the money on 9/30/2013. The purchase order number is [redacted].

Mr. [redacted] stopped replying to our emails requesting the status of the delivery of the boards until 10/15/2013. He replied and told us that he could not get these parts anymore. We asked him to cancel the order and refund the money on 10/15/2013. As of today, 1/28/2014, we still have not received the refund.

We have dated sales receipt and copies of all the email communications between [redacted] Co., LTD and Mr. [redacted] as proof. We will make them available to Revdex.com and Govgroup upon request.Desired Settlement: We would like Mr. [redacted] and Govgroup to refund the money, $4,760 USD, back to [redacted] Co., LTD immediately.
