I ordered an HP Z Turbo Drive G2 256GB PCIE SSD W5106AA kit from GovGroup on March 8, 2018.
They charged my credit card $347.92 on March 26, 2018.
I sent them emails to [email protected] and left messages at their website on May 10th canceling the order, and followed on May 1;6th and May 21st. No product or communication was received from the company.
Please contact our office at any point. We have emailed the address that you left for us 3 times with the trackign information for this shipment via FedEx 436168676951. The units were delivered on 5/24 at 1:42PM and signed for by "MMIGLIARDI" at your address that you put on your order "34400A Mission Blvd. Apt. 1427 Union City, California 94587-3684". I understand that sometimes these email correspondences go to your junk mail, which is why we left a voicemail for you to contact us if you still had any questions.
I ordered a drone from them and when it came it didn't work so I called them he said it was a manufacturer problem and I told him that I just bought it from y'all and I needed a new one
The item is brand new and covered with full manufacturer's warranty. Unfortunately we cannot just ship a brand new fully functional drone to a customer without having them first return the item. A simple phone call to the manufacturer would have most likely resulted in technical support being able to help this customer in being able to start the drone. Or the manufacturer could have simply offered the return to them as covered and stated in the warranty coverage.
