Review: Orginally, I thought I was renewing my license from the official dmv website therefore I place my credit card number in only to discover I purchase a driver license guide. After realizing my mistake I immediately called and emailed govdriverlicense.com have not received any response. I am currently seeking a refund in the amount of 16.95 for a product that I mistakely purchase. I have never used the Driver License Guide and have no plans on using this. Govdriverlicense has a 60 day money back guarantee for the use of their services. Therefore, I would like my monies to be credit back to my Card card. a copy of there return policy is include:

Review: I was lead to believe that it was an official web site where I could change my address on my license but it was a scam to get my credit information and then it stated that I have to download a form for more money and go to your nearest DMV to make changes anyway. The transaction was already pending on debit card for $16.95 and I wasn't able to get through on the phone that was listed on the pending transaction 800-8 NEW YORK to cancel it. As consumer we should be protected from these types of websites..$16.95 is not a lot of money but it does add up when they have access through the website. I contacted my bank, I submitted an email to them putting them on alert of my complaint to the Revdex.com of course if this doesn't get resolved I have learned my lesson and I will not be doing any business on the website because of this.
