Mr*** recently reroofed out house He is a very nice man and he was almost always working along side his men - just gone to get supplies He did a good job overall but we had some issues Mr*** has been in the roofing business for years Unfortunately he continues to do the work the same way as he was probably taught many years ago He chose excellent products for the roof but was not aware of the proper installation of these newer products My husband had researched the products and read how to properly install them When confronted Mr*** admitted he had not read the instructions But he did remove what he had done and reinstalled properly Although we had some issues, he did correct them I am undecided whether I would recommend him or not If you hire him, do your research and watch the installation Also, make sure you get his estimate in writing right away - our initial verbal estimate increased quite a bit when he came back with the contract Yet we had nothing to prove the lower amount
