BANK AND KNEW THAT SHE WOULD BE CHARGED FEES IF LET HER ACCOUNT GO INTO OVERDRAFT. SHE SHOULD GO TRY TO TALK TO THE BANK THAT ACTUALLY CHARGED HER THE FEES. Moreover, our service could have been canceled at anytime stopping any future charges. There are several way to cancel, and the easiest is using the CANCEL link on the top right hand corner within one’s account. We did the maximum we could by refunding the customer, but we have no control over a customer’s finances, or their habits of checking into their bank account to check their balance. In addition, overdraft  that banks provide is an added value service the bank provides that bank customers could easily turn off. Having the option of having one’s account go into overdraft and being charged a fee or having the transaction declined is a choice the bank consumer makes. Since we have no control over a customer’s relation with their bank and their choices on handling overdraft, we do not bear responsibility for any fees beyond our own, which we have refunded. In the interest of amicably resolving the dispute however, what we can offer the customer in addition to the refund that we already did is 6 (six) months of free access to our service, if the customer wishes to take us up on it.  With every good wish,Ian A[redacted]

Review: I attempted to reach [redacted] surplus sales and this auction site took over. I was charged twice for $19.95 on Nov. ** and **, 20215. I was never able to acquire access to IU surplus, and was forwarded to a site offering items from other states.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the two $19.95 charges as the service never got me to the intended web site, and the double charge seems a bit in excess.

I have had contact with the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], They have refunded one of the charges and one made after the complaint. They did remove me from a revolving charge system that they operate. Although it may be a legal program, it does not speak well of the business model being used. I am glad to be out of their system. Thank you for your help.
