After an initial consultation with Rocky she assured me that she could handle my issueI had a court ruling due to a divorce that was simply not upheld and needed to be revisited by a judgeAll of my paperwork was in order and I paid the retainer in fullI emailed and called the Acosta Law Office and could never get a complete answerAfter approximately months of no action or progress on their part, I emailed them and explained my frustration and that I would like a refund and to terminate their servicesI received a response from the Acosta Law Office apologizing for the delay and was told that it was completely their fault, apparently due to personal issuesSo due to someones personal issues I've lost almost a year of possible progress and they do not feel the need to give me a complete refundI was billed monthly but for what I do not knowThey took responsibility for dropping the ball but explained that it's not in their budget to give refunds so they would try and refun
