Gowen's Appliance Repair

Review: On 6/13/14 I submitted a claim with [redacted] Home Warranty Co to fix my central air conditioner unit. I was contacted by Jason G[redacted] of Gowen Appliance Repair. I set up an appointment for Jason to come and look at my AC unit. Jason came out on 6/20/14 to look at the unit. He informed me I needed a new motor. [redacted] home warranty called me on 6/23/14 to inform me I would need to pay $140 for the repair. This is my 1st repair I have needed since purchasing the warranty. I set an appointment with Gowen Appliance Repair to come on 6/27/14. The repair person never came. I reset an appointment for 7/2/14 at 6PM. The repair person (Jason G[redacted]) arrived after 8:30PM over 2 hours late. After banging on my air conditioner fan and causing more damage to the unit he informed me he could not repair the unit and would have to take the fan with him to his shop to attempt to fix it. After several appointments This is totally unacceptable. I did not trust Jason to take my equipment and return as promised. Jason G[redacted] stated the reason I was being charged $140 was because I have had other repairs through my warranty. That was an out-right lie. I have never used my warranty on any repairs since I purchased it. I have been lied to by [redacted] Home Warranty as well as their contractor Gowen Appliance Repair. I am totally unsatisfied with the service I have received from [redacted] Home Warranty & Gowen Appliance Repair.Desired Settlement: I expect a full refund for the cost of my warranty, the initial fee of $45 I paid Gowen Appliance Repair & reimbursement for repairs I must now pay a repair company to not only replace the motor but any damages caused by Gowen Appliance Repair during the time Jason was banging on my fan to separate the fan from the motor.
