Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the response contained many statementsThis is December 6th and we still have the damagesWe have taken off work twice to meet their contractors and they have made the decision not to repair the damages after getting bids from two of their chosen vendors this is unacceptable..My husband did go to college with Goran and he even gave him a free consulting session on a different business initiative he was looking to startYou would think he would want to make this right even more because of this but honestly it shouldn't matter who we areour house should not be left with damages caused by their employees.Also, we apologized for calling past am on the morning we agreed to call but I have two children - a year old and a preemie baby boy who was born in the middle of all thisSometimes life happens and you call a couple of hours late- I apologized and the fact we called a few hours after am has no impact on what happened and the lack of resolutionNot to mention the Gozova team went dark for weeks which you can see in the full email exchange I have attached.? Finally, my husband said we were trying to resolve this instead of just jumping online and telling our story- that was the online commentwe were giving them the chance to make it right Regards, [redacted] ***?

Hello,First of all I would like to thank the customer for giving us an opportuinty and try to probide our services to themUnfortunately we are in a situation that I last hoped we will or would be as we have tried several attemts and ways to make this situation rightWe have received a request from the [redacted] family to move two items an Armoire and a TableI have sent out two of my best guys as I wanted to offer the best service and also because I knew [redacted] from college and wanted to show them how great we really areMy guys showed up to the [redacted] residents looking to complete their job and leave the customers in a happy and positive state of mind, whenever we do a job we have an analysis of the house and once we finish the guys report back to meThis job like no other started at the time it was scheduled, about minutes later I have received a message from my guys saying the job was complete and everything went smoothOne of my employees, Alex mentioned to [redacted] that they dinged the wall a bit leaving 2-small dots on the wall [redacted] asked if they could show him, which [redacted] did, [redacted] response was it's fine as long as nothing happend to the wooden floors or the stairsMy guys asked if there was anything they could do as that is what we strive for is going above and beyond,? [redacted] walked over to his wife and asked her, he came back and said that would be it and thanked them for their serviceThirty- forty five minutes later I receive a message from Ms[redacted] saying we damaged her wall and her furnitureShe did not give us a call but she chose to go onto Facebook and write us, I wrote back saying I will talk to my guys to really find out what happend and will get back to herIn the mean time she blasted our facebook numerous times with negativity, I told her we would not charge her since it was such a petty thing to be arguing overHowever that did not stop there, she wanted us to pay $for damages that we didn't cause, the first red flag is why didn't they tell my guys they weren't happy? If they say we left such damage why wasn't a call made immediately? [redacted] answer was your guys seemed in a hurry and we thought we would handle it at a different timeMs[redacted] refused to call me and till this day is yet to call me, I wrote her numerous times issuing a phone number to reach me atShe would go onto Facebook groups and talk negative about our company where people have recommended us and left positive reviewsSince I am not a part of the group but my girlfriend is she showed me all what was saidI messaged through my girlfriends account stating for her to please call me as I want to talk to her on the phone and not on different facebook groupsShe called me and as soon as I picked up she hung up, I called back and she didn't answerI left a VM for Ms [redacted] but never heard backI have pulled documents off the inbound and outbound calls as well, so finally my girlfriend gets her to email meWe exchange emails but they are not consistent on her end at all, sometimes 4-days laterWe we finally agree on meeting and sending out a contractor to analyze the walls, the contractors reply within minutes of being at their house saying they didn't want to take on the projectI have attached comments of one of the contractors, his response was I am afraid no matter how well I do my job they will not be satisfiedAfter the back and forth [redacted] and I decide to get on a call to see what we can do, I told them to schedule it according their schedule and I will make time since they have had problems making time in the pastHe arranged Oct 16th at 9am for a phone call, I pushed all my meetings and work after am to block out for this callThe call didn't happen till almost 1pm, I was frustrated as they took this matter jokingly and didn't seem to want to resolve itThe [redacted] family is accusing us of damaging stuff we didn't do and we have worked with them on every issue that was brought upIn text messages between me and [redacted] which I have saved and passed on to an attorney [redacted] threatens us by saying we have a big presence online and we will see you thereSince than, they have gone onto different groups and also our facebook and wrote negative things and statementsWe have had hundreds of jobs and all rated stars and the only two negative comments are from this familyI wish we would have been able to resolve this problem like business owners which I know they are as well but they have chosen a different directionWe have learned our lesson from this and hope they have as well

[redacted] Not sure how years ago me talking to your husband about a business idea is relevant today but I guess you wanted to get that out thereSecond of all, as far as the whole online thing, [redacted] wrote to me and said and I still have the message saved on my phone which I will gladly update if you want me toHis words were, we are done here and we will see you guys onlineYou mentioned the contractors,if you look at the previous email I have attached where the contractor says " I don't feel comfortable working on this project for this family, he had his reasons which I shared with ***I can't force a contractor to do a job that he doesn't feel comfortable doing, when I suggested sending another contractor your husband was against that and started claiming that we are calling you guys liarsYou mention the phone call at am and having kids, and yes I agree with you, life does happen but this was the case for a good weeksYou never answered any of our calls, voicemails I have left even facebook messages that I personally wrote to youAfter that, we thought this is done and you guys are not looking to resolve this in a serious mannerFinally the first ever message you ever send us you were accusing us of damaging the one piece of furniture and the dings in the wall, now you have added stairs and other objects in the mixWe feel just because we are a small company that you want to take advantage of us and have your house done on our behalf, we have tried to make it work and went out of our way but all we got was excuses and postponed responsesI hope we can still resolve this and move forward with our professional careers as we personally don't have anything against ya'll as I feel you guys might feel other ways.? I wish we would have been able to resolve this problem like business owners which I know they are as well but they have chosen a different direction.
