This customer has been shopping [redacted] since DEC 2015 with over 22 inquires and he has yet to decide. I think he is very confused with all the numbers he is looking at. We will honor [redacted] at exactly whats advertised and nothing less, he has offered less then [redacted] price. Also we no longer have that model available. Thank you Michael B

North Plainfield Nissan was previously owned by Patrick D*** he sold the dealership to GPB CARS LLC, on January 16th of 2016. The program of oil changes for life was provided by MrD***, but it is not longer supported by GPB Cars LLCUnfortunately, GPB Cars LLC cannot honor free
oil changes to customers who purchased vehicles prior to January of 2016, because GPB Cars LLC did not receive any benefit from the profit of those salesUnfortunately North Plainfield Nissan has stopped offering free oil changes for life since the change of ownership, the company that sold you the vehicle has been dissolved.However, Mr D***, does own other dealerships where he may be able to honor the oil changesYou may reach Nissan of Stanhope, or Nissan of Atlantic City.Kind regards, Sam A***General Manager

As stated in the response, any purchases prior to January 16, we’re not of benefit to the new ownerMy vehicle was leased after that date in May The agreement between the sales manager and I stated my oil changes would be honoredTherefore I am rejecting this response and the idea that I would have to drive to one of those different dealers hours away from my home

Customer has negative equity on his car by about $8,In order to get him into another car, we have to somehow payoff the remaining balanced owed on his tradeThe only way the bank got him approved was to maintain as much of a low payments as possible, and the lease was the only wayThe only way to get his negative equity taken care of, was to have money down and to use rebates and incentives available only in the new carThe finance manager is the only one that can discuss all the details regarding his credit, we do that to protect the customer with his personal informationPlease contact us with any questionThank you !

Customer came in with a pre-approval from *** *** and a trade that he had negative equity inThe only way we were able to get him approved was for him to put some money down, and trade his car The reason his payment is higher then before is because of the negative equity from his trade
and we have to make the payoff of the vehicleThe only way the bank was going to approve him was if we showed the bank a good amount of down payment, and or got a new vehicle with rebates to show the bank as if it was a down payment If the customer has any questions or feels like he did not understand what we did for him, he can feel free and come here for us to go over the paperwork with him again

part of an advertising campaign from Patrick D*** who was the previous owner of North Plainfield NissanUnfortunately we are not able to sustain the expense of giving free oil changes to every customer.MrD*** used to advertise free oil changes for life, as long as he owned the franchise. We have brought the customers vehicle back to the dealership and are currently working on resolving this issue to the customers satisfaction. We have provided the customer with a courtesy loaner car to allow for the time to properly evaluate the leak concern.We will update our response
