Back in November I was hired to tape and spackle some sheetrock and install some crown moldings and base moldings and paint the front hallway to the kitchen and foyer upstairs..the first day I got there to install the moldings was on a Saturday and it was about freezing so *** had left the
moldings in his driveway so we had to leave and come back next sat so that they could acclumate in the house....I lost a days pay because I could have been working somewhere else!? Not the issue the issue is that *** had ok'd the job and paid my workers in full, to me I don't know anyone else in this world that would pay someone for services if the are not happy plain and simple fact...** *** called me a few hours later and asked me to come back and look at some things and see if they could be fixed, in fact there were a few touch ups that needed to be done on the walls and molding etcwhich were donethen he decided that he didn't like the way the crown molding was copped into the crown in the kitchen which is the way he wanted it when we had recommended a return......now he wanted me to come back and put up new crown and give a return which I did on my own time and asked for no extra$ which I should have because I'm changing something that he had ok'd and paid me in full for...I tried to come back a few times and it was always on days I couldn't come that *** wanted me to come back and this is all free work at no charge as far as I'm concerned I went above and beyond to make him happy and I lost $ on his job the amount of time I had to drive back and forth from *** to his house....** *** also told me how handy he was and showed his bathroom that he did that looked great! iask this why couldn't he have just took out a paint brush and painted the molding that would have taken him minutes instead of making me go back with no extra pay for my time enough is enough.....and I was referred to him by someone he works with who was more than happy with the work I had done for them...sorry if ** *** is not happydo the best I can to make people happy but sometimes your best isn't good enough
