At the beginning of this year we start to shop for a new swimming pool to be build at our homeAfter few estimators we decide Griffin Pools and Spas in Lakeland FlBy the way more expensive that the others by or k The reason why we decide them over the rest is because the way they look, nice showroom, and Andy G [redacted] (owner) personally take care us and give us a feeling of confidence, a real gentleman, making us very secure in what we want Two weeks after we signed the contract, ground break start and everything go very smooth for that weekThen everything stop for day that we no see one person here Call Roger the supervisor and ask abou and his answer was: " we are not only doing you poolwe have more to do" that was the first slap on my face  Then they came to pour the concrete slab, some of the lines was not straight and we told them about, while concrete was fresh and able to corrected with no problemsguess what they never fixed, and after few complaining call to the owner, he told me " How many concrete floor have you been doing ? Slap on the face number two Any person with common sense know that you can work with wet concrete and make it straight a lot easy than what they didcome back time to patch and re- cut to make it look good They fail several inspection because my fault!!! this is the accusations that the owner make over the phone to mestaying that I was interfiere with the county inspectorsmy question is this ? How many peoples can tell inspectors what to do or what no ? My personal feeling is like when you go to a car dealership... everything is great until you place you butt in the driver seat and go away.... unfortunately some peoples are like that and someway along they forget that we the costumers bring the food to they tables every day... Sorry for them.
