GPS Insight is great!

We have been using GPS Insight for 7 years I think. We have never had an issue. I see where my vehicles are and it helps give accountability to my drivers. They know I am watching. I don’t sit there and watch all day and nitpick every turn or anything. We do use the GPS insight reports as part of our Employee reviews.

Speeding is down. Accidents are down. Total mileage per service is down. Gas expense is down. We don’t have to call a tech and distract him from work when a customer calls for an ETA. We can see right where the truck is and give an updated ETA for the client.

I haven’t had any issues with GPS Insight. I have never noticed any system down time. Their service reps are great and very friendly. Their technology seems to be the cutting edge.

I am happy to recommend them to anyone!

Evan was very helpful from the first time we spoke and still with every questions and concern I have to this day. He took the time to explain in detail with me the process of the GPS unit when I had zero knowledge about it and after our demo he made me feel comfortable that he would be my representative and overall because of him decided to go with GPS INSIGHT. His customer service skill are impeccable and I would recommend this company and Evan especially, to anyone interested in GPS units!

Unfortunately I do not have positive things to say about GPS Insight. At first I was impressed with their products and the ability to perform the job at hand. There customer service was spot on. That is where it ends however. Their equipment is sup-par and way over priced considering that nearly all of my units went bad within 3 years (overwhelming when spending in excess of 500+ per unit). After the first unit went bad, they pretty much blew me off in regards to replacing it (in their words, it was out of warranty). Then it happened to the second and third and so forth. I finally got to the point where I researched to find another provider and found one to fit my needs, with no contract, low cost equipment, and 100% warranty for units while using them as provider. To top it off, a little cheaper with just as good if not better customer service (especially with development of new features/ideas from the client). With that being said, I cancelled the service via an email reply to one of their bills (bill still paid) and I came to find out they were still billing me for 6 months afterwards (didn't know until I received a call from their firm that handles collections). I have refused to pay their $900 plus bill and will continue to do so. It states in their previous bills that after payment is not received within 30 days, that they will stop service. If that was the case, why did they bill for 6 months for service that wasn't being used and didn't even work anymore? If they didn't get my cancellation notice (as they say), why did they not call me after the 30 days grace to research why and instead just kept billing. After receiving the call from their collections firm, it confirms to me that they have enough of a need to hire an outside firm, because of possibly the same scenario. I was a customer of 4 plus years and was a steady customer who always paid on time, and for them to disrespect me in the end should have been expected I suppose. From one business to another, it is a shame to treat folks like this.
