GPS Plumbing

As I write this Frank from GPS is here doing more work for us.
He has always been on time or early, he always calls first, and considering he is back we are obviously satisfied with their work.
They do it right the first time and for a fair price we would never consider using another plumber.
We have total confidence in GPS and Frank!!!

Review: I have purchased a boiler from this company on Dec 23, 2014 and it came out that they sold me the boiler that they should have never tried to sell to ANYONE, to be more specific, the boiler body was smashed-up, inside parts were totally rusty and out of place, worst of all, there were bunch of mouse ss inside boiler(I have taken pictures of it).

my brother spoke to them last Friday(Dec 26th, 2014), and I sent them email telling them to pick up the boiler and refund my money to my credit card account. the guy([redacted]) replied my e-mail saying that he said to me he recommended me not to buy that boiler because there was safety concern and they were too busy to pick up the boiler which is a total lie and non-sense. I replied to him as below. after that they just keep ignoring the issue.

I feel bad that you still don't realize what you have done wrong.

First of all, your model is not just old model it is a piece of gargabe that you should have never ever sold to anyone. Since that is the model I need I simply choose that model.

you never suggested me new series for my safety. as a matter of fact, you didn't even mention the word "SAFETY' at all.

if you had believed that I needed to choose the other model for SAFETY reason, you should have never sold me the old one from the first place... you are self-contradicting!

The point is not about a choice between two models, it is about you sold a product that should have never been for sale! period...

You said you guys have same day delivery service and now you are saying your delivery schedule is so tight... is that a joke? or you just trying to give me a hard time?

I don't care how tight your delivery schedule is but you better make it happen unless you want to see your boiler in the "news 12 channel!

Review: This company refused to accept a return of an extended warranty kit for $112.96. The claimed since their sales person filled out a portion of the warranty form, they cannot accept a return. However, the warranty kit box was unopened. The salesman knowingly completed the warranty form and removed the serial number sticker from the kit box, in an effort to refuse a potential return.Desired Settlement: No settlement is requested. I just want this on record that this company has deceptive and borderline illegal practices.
