I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***
Sincerely,

GPS USA, Inc. (GPS) has retained the services of ClientSRV to investigate Mr. [redacted]’s complaint and make sure all issues are resolved in a timely and satisfactorily manner.   On September 24, 2013, GPS met with [redacted] & [redacted], Inc. ([redacted]) to conduct a business analysis. Over the...

course of the analysis several problems affecting profitability were identified. On October 25, 2013, Mr. [redacted] executed a consulting agreement for 188 hours of consulting. The Consulting project began on October 28, 2016. On, October 29, 2013, a Value Enhancement Plan (Scope of Work) was prepared to provide a road map for the consulting management.  It also serves as a quality control measure to ensure the goals and objectives in the plan are covered during the course of engagement. It was reviewed and approved by Mr. [redacted]. On, October 29, 2013, GPS also prepared a Value Enhancement Review One, (weekly status report), which was approved by Mr. [redacted]. On October 31, 2013, GPS prepared a Value Enhancement Review Two, which Mr. [redacted] approved and gave GPS’s consultant 4 out of 5 for ratings. A question, completed by Mr. [redacted] was “What Value Enhancement Results have you seen this week?” his reply was “Savings, More Profit”. On November 11, 2013, Mr. [redacted] approved the Value Enhancement Review Three, where he gave the consultant a 4 for commitment and 5 for confidence for rankings and indicated GPS’s efforts met his expectations.  At the end of the week, on November 13, 2013, Mr. [redacted] was presented with Value Enhancement Review Four. He refused to sign and canceled the project before its completion. At that time GPS had only completed 119 hours or 63% of the project. In the consulting agreement there is a provision that a client can terminate the consulting engagement at the end of any business day. The client is only responsible for fees and expenses previously incurred.  With the project canceled prematurely the client could not expect to realize the projected return on investment or reap the benefits. On November 18, 2013, GPS was notified that Mr. [redacted] placed a stop payment on his check in the amount of $14,370.58. To assist Mr. [redacted] in fulfilling his financial obligation to GPS, he was contacted by GPS’s corporate support in order to devise a payment plan that would satisfy the outstanding balance. On November 20, 2013 GPS and Mr. [redacted] executed a Settlement Agreement and Mutual Release of All Claims. In GPS’s opinion,  Mr. [redacted]’s complaint is a violation of  the settlement agreement. GPS has previously settled this matter to Mr. [redacted]’s satisfaction and for him to now, three (3) years, demand a refund of amounts paid is disingenuous. This matter was resolved in 2013 and Mr. [redacted] is not entitled to a refund. Please contact ClientSRV at [redacted] or at [redacted]@clientsrv.com with questions or concerns.

GPS has searched their records in an attempt to identify Pat
[redacted] as a client.  GPS has no records
indicating that Pat [redacted] has ever been a client or prospective client.  GPS takes issue with the accusations made in
the submission to the Revdex.com.  GPS has
provided thousands of...

clients with valuable consulting services that have
proven to be of enormous benefit.  Every client
has a myriad of needs, which are specific to their business.  The sales methodologies employed by GPS
personnel are not deceptive and the only pressure of any kind experienced by a
business owner is the pressure to address an issue they are having in their
business to prevent any further degradation of their profits.  This type of pressure is a daily occurrence
in the life of a business owner.  The
services provided by GPS are designed to significantly reduce this pressure,
not add to it.  The cost associated with
allowing a problem to persist in a business is not insignificant, as every
business owner knows.  Whether business
owners undertake to fix the problems themselves or employ professionals to
assist them the cost of those efforts is always significant.  One of the differences between GPS and other
consulting firms is that GPS allows the business owner to terminate the
consulting engagement at any time and only expects to be paid for the services
previously delivered.  In fact, GPS
delivers the services before ever asking to be paid, whereas most other
consulting firms require payment in advance for their services. Pat [redacted]
indicates that services were purchased from GPS on December 8, 2015.  No purchase price is identified and there is
no disputed amount.  Additionally, there
is no desired settlement provided.  As a
result of its investigation, GPS does not believe that Pat [redacted] was ever a
client of GPS and that this specific complaint has no basis in fact.  Due to the spurious nature of this complaint
and the fact that no specific problems associated with GPS or its personnel are
identified, GPS requests that this complaint be removed as it appears to be a
disingenuous attempt to disparage the reputation of GPS.

GPS is a management consulting company providing analytical and consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses owners throughout the United States. An appointment with a sales representative was set with Mr. [redacted] for January 19, 2018.  Mr. [redacted] met with the sales representative...

and discussed the nature of his business and the problems he was experiencing as a business owner.  An agreement to have an analysis conducted was reached and the Senior Business Analyst arrived on January 22, 2018, to provide the requested services.  The fee for services was $650.00 payable upon satisfactory completion of the analysis.  According to the records, [redacted] Repair signed an Agreement for Services with GPS on January 23, 2018, for 150 consulting hours at the rate of $295 per man-hour worked.  As scheduled, the consultants arrived at Mr. [redacted] place of business on January 24, 2018.  During the first two days of consulting the Senior Project Manager created a Value Enhancement Plan outlining goals to be accomplished in the 150 hours of consulting contracted.  He approved the Plan on January 25, 2018.    On February 1, 2018, Mr. [redacted] informed the Consultants that he does not wish to continue with the service. According to the Agreement for Services, Mr. [redacted] was presented with a final invoice for services which he refused to pay.  In addition, Mr. [redacted] put a STP on the checks previously issued to GPS.   On February 6, 2018, GPS reached out to Mr. [redacted] to assist him in meeting his financial obligation.  Per Mr. [redacted]' request, GPS settled this matter for a nominal fee, which is subject to the confidentiality of the agreement.    We wish Mr. [redacted] the best with his business and consider this matter resolved at this time.
