[redacted] gave me the worst customer experience I have had in my life, and that is not meant as an exaggeration but a statement of fact My wife and I purchased a home in January of It was agreed that the chimney needed some tuck-pointing and the home-owners would get a quote for the work done and leave a check for it to be performed in the springI called [redacted] in June/July telling him I was ready to have the work done and I had a previous quote for itHe said he would try and find the quoteSeveral weeks later, I had a new quote under my door from Mesaros with some scribbled notes and a total over $I left a several voicemails for [redacted] every few weeks saying I wanted to discuss the quote, and know why it was so much higherI never had a phone call returnedWinter came and I knew it was too late for tuck-pointingNow we are in and I reached out to [redacted] again (I've still got a $check good only for him!), forced to leave a voicemail because he never answers his phoneSeveral weeks went by and I heard nothing until a quote appeared under my door step againThis time it was for $I was furious but thought I could still reason with himI found his website online, sent him a long email detailing this situation, and pointed out some items on the quote I didn't need (for example a chimney topper because I have it!)I told him I understood the chimney would have deteriorated over time (that much in months?),but I needed him to please return my phone call or send me an email so we could discuss the quoteHis response "Ok, it needs a lot of work nowEstimate is still what I gave you." Say no to [redacted] He doesn't deserve your hard earned moneyI'll be contacting my title company and trying to return the $to the previous homeowners [redacted] doesn't think his customers are worth his time

It was agreed that the chimney needed some tuck-pointing and the home-owners would get a quote for the work done and leave a check for it to be performed in the spring. I called [redacted] in June/July telling him I was ready to have the work done and I had a previous quote for it. He said he would try and find the quote. Several weeks later, I had a new quote under my door from Mesaros with some scribbled notes and a total over $900. I left a several voicemails for [redacted] every few weeks saying I wanted to discuss the quote, and know why it was so much higher. I never had a phone call returned. Winter came and I knew it was too late for tuck-pointing. Now we are in 2014 and I reached out to [redacted] again (I've still got a $500 check good only for him!), forced to leave a voicemail because he never answers his phone. Several weeks went by and I heard nothing until a quote appeared under my door step again. This time it was for $1900. I was furious but thought I could still reason with him. I found his website online, sent him a long email detailing this situation, and pointed out some items on the quote I didn't need (for example a chimney topper because I have it!). I told him I understood the chimney would have deteriorated over time (that much in 18 months?),but I needed him to please return my phone call or send me an email so we could discuss the quote. His response "Ok, it needs a lot of work now. Estimate is still what I gave you."

Say no to [redacted]. He doesn't deserve your hard earned money. I'll be contacting my title company and trying to return the $500 to the previous homeowners. [redacted] doesn't think his customers are worth his time.
