I bought a 2009 Nissan Murano from this dealer back in August 2019. I was told in person, in the ad, and on paperwork that the car had just over 86,000 ACTUAL miles. I purchased the vehicle thru a loan for $7000. Immediately I put $1000 worth of work into the vehicle due to poor repairs from past crash (that was not disclosed). Beginning of February I was going thru glovebox and came across previous owner information. This information included an oil change record/receipt saying the car has 207,000 miles on it. Contacted previous owner listed on information who verified the vehicle indeed has 200,000+ miles on it. I reached out to dealer who sold me this car to resolve this respectfully, as he sold me a car claiming ACTUAL miles, when in fact that is untrue. He has been unwilling to resolve the issue at hand.

Refund I would like the dealer to purchase the car back for what I originally bought it for which was $7,077. Ideally, I would like all of that reimbursed to me, as well as the $1000 I've put into the vehicle since purchase. I would like a total refund if $8000, and do not want to keep vehicle.
