Review: G R tree service was hired to prune the tree in my yard.They came when I wasn't home, and when I returned home I discovered that all I had left in my yard was a10 foot stump.The astetics of my yard were ruined due do the fact that the yard was designed around this tree. I also lost all shade and privacy making my useless to myself and my family.Desired Settlement: Even though replacement is impossible I would like the stump removed, and another tree of sufficient height and of my choosing planted in the same place.

Review: GR Tree Service attempted to remove a tree branch above my garage. [redacted], the [redacted], and his crew were told that they could access the tree from my garage roof but they would not be able to stand on/or work off of the roof as it doesn't have the proper support to withstand too much weight. I was assured that they would not need to be on the roof for more than a moment, in order to climb up on the tree. However, within 15 minutes, [redacted]'s assistant was standing on the roof catching large tree branches that were falling off the tree as they were being cut. Instead of allowing the branches to fall to the ground, his assistant was jerking the branches upwards, which resulted in the damage of 4 shingles on the edge of my roof. The shingles were flipped up and cracked due to the branches being pulled against them and they now need to be replaced. Also, the weight of his assistant on my garage roof has caused sagging in various areas that were not a factor before the weight of a 250 lb man caused strain on the roof. When told of the damage, [redacted] dared me to sue him and started cursing at me. He was belligerent and extremely unprofessional. I was not able to get him to discuss a proper remedy since he immediately packed up his things before completing the work and left. In addition to the damage, he left tree branches, saw dust, pollen and leaves all over my garage roof and property. He did not complete the work itself in a satisfactory manner and he created damage to my property in the process of doing the work.Desired Settlement: I would like for GR Tree Service to make itself responsible for the repair of the damage to my garage roof. I would be happy to obtain a few estimates and have them determine which roofing repair company they would prefer to go with. I should not be forced to make repairs on a brand new roof that was just installed last spring. The existing damage is due completely and solely to the carelessness exhibited by [redacted] and his crew. He should therefore pay for the repair work now required.
