I returned a non working *** *** headset three months ago and still haven't received my refund I will NEVER EVER buy anything from this company again

If I could give a zero rating, I would. I purchased a used, reconditioned Samsung Galaxy Rugby Pro cell phone from Grabwirelessusa via [redacted] in late August 2016, I returned the phone one month later, within the money-back guarantee deadline, after AT&T store told me it would not get any better reception than the old iPhone 3G I had been using. I paid the return postage myself and asked to be reimbursed the amount I had paid for the phone, rather than having return postage deducted from my refund. Grabwirelessusa refused to refund any portion of the amount I had paid for the phone. [redacted] supported Grabwireless' refusal to honor its money-back guarantee and did not respond later when I objected and asked for an explanation of this bizarre decision. So I will never do business with either company again.

Hello,I have gathered the proof needed that Grab Wireless received a package from the post office on **APR as shown in the first attachment.  This is the package I referred to in my initial complaint that the post office inadvertently marked as being "delivered" but I never received it and they sent it back to Grab Wireless with my merchandise still in it.  Also, you will see where I made 2 different payments to them with attachments 2 and 3.I was only able to upload 4 attachments, but of all the tracking numbers that they provided in their rebuttal, 3 of them were "not found" in the [redacted] tracking system.  I can provide the other 2 if you will give me another email to do so.So, in summary, the business still owes me $59.98 because I have 0 working products from them.Thank you for your help,[redacted]

Review: I purchased a tablet case on [redacted] from this company. I contacted them about a refund, and was given directions for doing so. After returning the item, my refund was never given. After calling the company phone #, the person told me they would refund after I called another phone #. I called the # but it is an invalid phone #. Since then, the company refuses to respond to any messages or calls and no refund has been issued. I have tracking info proving the item was received by themDesired Settlement: Refund

Review: I purchased a bluetooth headset from this company on [redacted]. It was delivered, but faulty. I contacted the company and they were very nice on the phone and sent me a replacement and I returned the original. The second headset was also faulty. Once again I contacted the company, and just like before, they were very nice on the phone. So, I ordered a second headset from them for my girlfriend. I figured what are the odds on receiving 3 faulty ones in a row? I never did receive the package. I contacted the post office and was told they remembered seeing the package there, but was returned to sender for reasons unknown. I contacted the company again explaining what had happened and this is when they started being not so nice. I made numerous contacts with them via phone and email, and they refuse to resolve the issue. Since then, they have blocked my number. My girlfriend contacted them and was also given the run around. I also emailed the company giving them one last chance before I contacted the Revdex.com.

As of right now, they have been paid $60 by me, and all I have to show for it is one bluetooth headset that does not work.

The point of contact I was dealing with is [redacted].

Any help in getting this matter resolved would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!Desired Settlement: I would like the package resent that had the 2 bluetooth headsets in it that have already been paid for and in exchange I will return the faulty one.

The customer got a total 3 Replacement, and we have sent him 2 Pre-Paid Return labels which wasn’t used ([redacted] Tracking number – [redacted] and [redacted]) All tracking 3 Replacements we sent was delivered in a timely manner… Since customer refused to send us back the defective product, we thought that this a scam of sucking our inventory for 1 time payment.
