When a prospective student tours the school, they are given all the Consumer Information as required by the US Department of Education, which includes the school catalog containing all the rules and regulations of the school Rule #states, “Profane language, unprofessional behavior, any form of harassment (including cyber-bullying), arguing, or fighting with other students or educators, insubordination to educators or staff will not be tolerated and will be sufficient grounds for suspension or termination.” Upon enrolling in the school program, the Student Enrollment Agreement (contract) states “If you require additional hours after your completion date to complete your designated course, there is a fee of $per hour for each additional scheduled hour required.” The student is also informed that the beginning and end dates of their program includes “grace” hours (hours for Esthetician, and hours for Cosmetology) of time they can miss without being charged over-contract fees These programs are clock hour programs The Missouri State Board of Cosmetology and Barber Examiners require the physical clock hours to be completed before a student can graduate and appear before the boards for licensing examsThis information is again explained to the students the first day of classes during their orientationIf there is a day that the school has to cancel classes, whether it be from weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the hours are not counted as scheduled hours There has been one (1) occasion where the evening Esthetician class was cancelled for lack of an educator [redacted] scheduled graduation went from February 19, to sometime in April because she had a 76% attendance rate [redacted] tuition was paid in full, however, there is a $balance of over-contract feesWe have received numerous written reports from educators and students regarding [redacted] continual outbursts, insubordination, confrontations, and malice towards the educational environment [redacted] ***AdministratorGrabber School of Hair Design why here
