I own all Samsung appliancesWasher, Dryer, Fridge, Dish Washer, MicrowaveI expect quality in the product and in the representatives Samsung refers to its customersI was referred to "ON TIME REPAIR "in the Tampa area to do Samsung repairsI have experienced anything but ON TIME SERVICE I have listed a time line below to illustrate my dealings with ON TIME REPAIRI feel that they have no business representing Samsung as a certified repair service Their failure to communicate and live up to their name with this customer is shown belowThis company reflects poorly on the Samsung name and imageHow this company stays in business is beyond me!!! I will not do business with ON TIME REPAIR in the future and I hope you have other options for repair services in my area [redacted] Florida, [redacted] Time Line: May called Samsung to get referral for a repair service in my areaCalled JUST IN TIME REPAIR which was referred to me by SamsungThey set up an appointment for service on May May serviceman came and saw problem and said he would order the part and he left saying I would receive a call when they came inNO ONE EVER CALLED June After waiting for several weeks I attempted to call the parts departmentAfter many calls all of which a voice mail told me to call back at another time or to text my concernsThere was no ability to leave a voice message and no text number was givenI texted the parts number but none of my text were received I did finely get ahold of Christopher in the parts department and he told me he had to check with Mike, the service man who came to my home and he would call me backHE NEVER CALLED BACK June I called parts department many times only to be told to call later or textSo I called billing to see if I might get the text numberThey gave me another number to textI sent three texts which were received and none of them were responded to June Called Parts again many times again was told to call back or textCalled the Billing department and was told that the parts were not ordered because the repairman failed to tell me what the part would cost or that it had to be paid for before it was orderedI never got a call telling me parts were ordered only after part was paid forHow was I to know this if no one told me? The woman in billing told me that she could order part and it would come in the next dayI gave her my charge information June I called Christopher in parts because no one called me again He said part came in but he wanted to upgrade me to a better partHe said the part would be coming in on June July I got ahold of Christopher in parts after many callsHe said he said parts were in he would have to set up installationHe said he was on the road and that he would call me backHE NEVER CALLED BACK July I tried to call parts again this time it was answered by an answering serviceI left messages with them several timesStill no calls to meI called Samsung and voiced my concerns to themThe representative called herself and left a messageLater that day Miguel [redacted] called and said their phones had been out for daysHe set up a service call for July (Days after their first visit) July Here I sit well past the 10AM to 1PM time (ON TIME REPAIR) promised me they would be hereI called and got the answering service again and left a message againSo far no one has called to say they were delayed Check out this Yelp link for other review from customersI just called(3%%Pm) and got Joe in the office He told me that the parts I ordered are no longer available(for my four year old) machineHe said no one was coming to repair my dishwasherI called Visa to contest bill for parts These people are not honest ,dependable, and Samsung has got to take them off their referral listI am not the only one to be duped by these dishonest peopleDo some research on your own Revdex.com,Yelp etc: I am very disappointed in Samsung See also: This is who your brand is linked to www.yelp.com/biz/on-time-repair.tampa

They were prompt to call and set up the appointment within the time frame given by Samsung I was told what the problem probably was based on my description of the issue and what the charge would be Mike arrived within the scheduled time frame, but had the wrong circuit board He verified the correct circuit board was in stock and promised to return first thing the next day (which was Saturday) to complete the repair He arrived on time and repaired the washing machine He put his name and phone number on my receipt since he had the washing machine going through a complete cycle He said if it did not complete the cycle to call him right away and he would come back today I did not have to call him since the washing machine was fine

Was referred to them by *** to get a broken wheel replaced on my new dishwasher This was last November They do not reply to emails or phone calls Jim is absolutely worthless And Chris said he would help me after two months on waiting for Jim to get back to me Then after a month of waiting for Chris not returning any email or phone calls he told me he couldnt help me Never bothered calling me I am doing everything in my power and working with *** to make certain the contract they have with On Time Repair gets taken away On Time Repair is a disgrace to ***

Time Line:
May 27 called Samsung to get referral for a repair service in my area. Called JUST IN TIME REPAIR which was referred to me by Samsung. They set up an appointment for service on May 28.
May 28 serviceman came and saw problem and said he would order the part and he left saying I would receive a call when they came in. NO ONE EVER CALLED.
June 21 After waiting for several weeks I attempted to call the parts department. After many calls all of which a voice mail told me to call back at another time or to text my concerns. July 5 I tried to call parts again this time it was answered by an answering service. I left messages with them several times. Still no calls to me. I called Samsung and voiced my concerns to them. The representative called herself and left a message. Later that day Miguel [redacted] called and said their phones had been out for 4 days. He set up a service call for July 7 (41 Days after their first visit).
July 7 Here I sit well past the 10AM to 1PM time (ON TIME REPAIR) promised me they would be here. I called and got the answering service again and left a message again. So far no one has called to say they were delayed. Check out this Yelp link for other review from customers. I just called(3%%Pm) and got Joe in the office .
