Review: Graboyes was hire by my next door neighbor at [redacted] in [redacted], PA. They dropped an air conditioner from approx. 12 ft in the air to the ground. The compressor leaked refrigerant and mineral oil at a high pressure and the oil coated my row home walls, windows, garage door, back door, driveway as well as many neighbors property. Graboyes packed up when they finished and left without telling anyone of the damage they caused. I called the next day and spoke to the owner. He did not know about the incident. He is responsible for the character of his employees!!!!Desired Settlement: approx 3/4's of my property has a coating of mineral on it. My property needs to be powerwashed with a detergent and solvent solution that will cut mineral oil. This needs to be done to my specifications. This should be done by a professional cleaning company, not Graboyes. I don't trust them and cleaning is not their specialty.

Returned to property on Wednesday September 11th and did proper clean up, I believe to everyone's satisfaction.

Review: I ordered windows (4 double hung), transom window over back door with tempered glass and two lower basement windows. We.paid extra for Flashing over All units. The contract states we were to get pressure treated wood that resist mold and bugs (frames) and vapor barrier material for all windows and Tutor Brown capping around all windows except door transom. What we received was windows that were re-sized to a smaller size without our knowledge or permission, wood frames that were not treated, no tempered glass over door, white capping not brown. No window vapor barrier (I had to purchase and insist it be used. No flashing was installed over the units.Desired Settlement: We paid $4,423.00, a down payment of $2,500.00 was given and $1,923.00 was financed. Refunded to me should be $923.00
