Review: After several request to transfer our 4-year old daughter to another class due to a teacher verbally abusing our daughter, isolating her during lunch, and writing a written progress report that was totally out of character of our daughter, we had no choice but to remove her from the school. We have also asked to be released from the contract and were denied. We recently receive a notice via email requesting the tuition and program fee to be paid. After a lengthy discussion with the individual that handles their accounting and explaining to her that we had removed our daughter from the school in the middle of January; therefore, the cost for the before/after care should be credited to our account which would total $204.00; in addition to the advance payment for May, which included the before/after care fee of $408.00, which also should be credited to our account. The individual I spoke with was able to credit our account for February, March, and April for the before/after care, but would not credit the account for the remaining $204 for January or the advance payment in the amount of $408.00 for May. Additionally, although we feel that the school has breach the contract based on the circumstances surrounding our daughter, we are will to pay the remaining tuition minus the before/after to the school to put this horrible ordeal behind us. However the school continues to decline any request to credit our account for the before/after care that was paid in advance of us withdrawing our daughter. Also, their policy states that the before/after care can be canceled at any time. Therefore, they need to credit our account and we will pay the remaining tuition. They are attempting to hold on to the advance payment for the before/after care and billing us for tuition/program fees without deducting the $612.00. This is wrong for they are stealing from us and they state they are a Christian school. Where is the Christianity in what they are doing?Desired Settlement: We would like them to credit our account in the amount of $612.00 which includes the $204.00 for the remainder of January and the $408.00 for the advance payment for May. Then we will pay the remaining tuition.
