We have used this company on two homesOn one home, after calling upon another roofer to actually replace the roof some of the repairs (temporary to a leaking roof) were called in to questionOn our second home, we continued to have issues after it was repaired by Grace Built twice and paid for; when we called another roofer out he immediately discovered that the old vent (the roof line was raised by previous owner but left the old roof in tact along with the plumbing vent) was causing the leaking not the new roof that was repairedThis begs the question if due diligence was done and why we were charged for a repair that was not corrected
