I first purchased an Eco Extreme Waterproof Portable Speaker Case approximately six years ago It has been in bodies of water across the U.S., both coasts, the Panama Canal and many other places Great product, and when one of the clips broke (after years of heavy use), while the company could not replace the clip (because they no longer made them), they replaced the unit with a brand new one I do realize that it is a discontinued item, but to just replace it outright has earned my support of their company and its practices Their service department was fast and very polite and overall, this is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with

Review: Product had issues and is under warranty. I had send them the product and got the following acknowledgement on December 10th.

Your request ([redacted]) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

It's almost a month and I have not got any response from themDesired Settlement: Replace or Repair the Product.
