This is an unfortunate incident regarding a student lying publicly about accolades he never received at our academy in order to further his own struggling fitness careerMr [redacted] intentionally mislead, deceived and misrepresented himself as a far higher level student in order to attain a paying teaching position with another academyAs an established low level student at our facility, he had no right to claim promotions and advancements he did NOT remotely earn simply to further his struggling instructional fitness careerThis is unfair to those who are actually committed to learning the art and undergoing the intensive training to merit advancementWith the intent of maintaining the high level of training that goes on at our facility and maintaining our honor and integrity as an organization, we decided to part ways with Mr [redacted] and wish him well on martial arts journeyContracts run from beginning of the month to the last day of the month and are paid at the beginning of the month, there were three days left on the month when [redacted] falsehoods were pointed out to us by other academies with which [redacted] had interviewed with for paying positions

that our head coach at GFS ([redacted]) had promoted him to a higher belt which he is not to acquire the position in which he was applying for. Our credibility as a gym/business relays on the product in which we teach, so to have him spread lies to acquire a job on our behalf was the final line to be crossed with us with Mr. [redacted]. We've also had numerous complaints against Mr. [redacted] within our own gym regarding how he would talk and treat the other members, it went as far as sexual harassment, but luckily Coach [redacted] was able to dissolve the situation with a peaceful resolution for both sides. We ended Mr. [redacted]s contract with no money owed on either sides as well.
