I ordered a ring, two months ago It is a very-thin criss-cross style ring I have worn it religiously While they advertise that ring is sterling silver, it has now started turning my finger I messaged the company, for them to offer me a polishing cloth Never apologized or offered any sympathy for the trouble that I was experiencing I finally got so irritated by the short/non-helpful e-mail that I called the company Someone answered right away, which was nice But...The lady was so rude! I paid $for a ring that is worth a FRACTION of that, and they said their product couldn't be defective! They could have cared less about their customer being unhappy
Why else is my finger turning colors? I wear three other sterling silver rings that were way less expensive, and my fingers are not turning with those I am just so frustrated! This is NOT a company that I will EVER do business with again!

While they promptly ship orders, they don't always ship the right product. They will quickly right the wrong, no matter how many times they make the error. However, how many times do you want to eat somewhere that gives you food poisoning? Quality is also mediocre for the price point.
