The Gorilla Glue Company Consumer Affairs Department responded to the customer both by e-mail and also a follow up call Anytime there is a non-performance complaint with our products, we ask that the product is returned, at our expense, in order for our lab to test for compliance We also offer to either replace the product or we will send other products which may better fit the application The consumer refused to return the product and refused replacement product

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am not at happy with the responseYou know I suggested they make changes to the packaging so it will say do not use with foam, They to make the changes to the packaging and the web site use the photos so that people see what happens if you use the wrong glueYou can crop the picture to make that the brand of the shoe is not shown.They are now saying we will pay the $for the new skecher Shape shoes they are not going to send the money for a monthI HAVE NOTHING TO WEAR on my feetThose were my only pair of shoesThey did not add to the amount of money for the price of the glueNow if I have to wait a month to get check mom loaned me a pair of new balance shoe they fit but OMG the PAIN they causeThey have a roll bar in the bottom so my arches in both feet hurt, my knees hurt and my back hurtI want money for pain and suffering because not being able to wear my shoes and not getting the check for a month the pain is off the chartsTo speed things up I want at least $a day for pain and sufferingThey are a BIG company they can get me that money fasterI want them to make the changes in the web site and packagingI don't want them to pay me and then just sweep this under the rugIt is better they use the pictures in a positive teaching wayInstead of me sharing the photo and saying do not use the product it will damage the foam.I hope something gets worked out soon the pain is badIt is not fair to me what is going onInspire Believe Dream [redacted] Regards, [redacted]

Thank you for forwarding this concern Gorilla Super Glue is packaged by volume, leaving space in the extra thick plastic bottles so the consumer can dispense the product The thick plastic bottles product the product from moisture which can harden the glueWe will e-mail the consumer direct and explain the reason our product is packaged as such and make sure the consumer is satisfied.Thank you,Tina [redacted]

At Gorilla Glue, we sincerely strive to provide exceptional service and resolve issues to the satisfaction of the consumer, within our company guidelines. During our initial contact with the consumer, we were not able to provide resolution to their satisfaction although we did offer
another form of compensation. We have since reached out to the consumer to discuss this issue further

We have reached out to the consumer and resolved the issue as requested. We have forwarded her comments regarding packaging and website updates to our Management team for review and consideration

I did not write the above.I did not accept Gorilla Glues resolution to this problem.Gorilla Glues resolution offer is preposterous.They explained why Their Product may have not worked properly and why Loctite's Product Did.Their offer to to send me more of Their product (The product that Failed to work) as a settlement will not be accepted by me or any Sane individual.[redacted] <- this is me, [redacted]
