Grace point owes me a refund of my medical copays. I have reached out to them multiple times and sent them a letter.
I have two insurance policies. After all the claims for my visits were processed, and both policies paid out, I have a credit on the account because both policies covered all charges and I gave them copayments on multiple visits. I have contacted them multiple times and I also sent them a letter. I started this process back in March 2019. I have not been successful in getting my copayments refunded. Please help. Thank you.

I need them to mail me a check for my refund. Do not try to send to my bank cards because I no longer have those accounts.

Refund check in the mail to me. Do not try to send any funds to my bank card.
As one of the managers of the office, I have spoken with the client in regards to her complaint. A statement has been sent to the client for payment.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
The request was for Grace Point to send an itemized bill regarding their claim that money is owed on the account. It was not agreed that there is money due to them. I am waiting for the statement of the account. The last date in their office was early 2018 and I was advised that there was not a balance due so why is it all of a sudden I owe them money from 2017. Why was I sent a bill way before now?
Please see attached where statements have been mailed to client. No payment have been received. $25 payments have been made by the client here and there. The statement date is printed on the bill.

Just because a statement is printed now does not mean it was sent earlier as a bill statement. This is the first I am seeing this and at first you said I owe you $75 and now it has increased to $107. Why are the amounts changing?
In addition on 4/18/17, the amount paid by insurance should be $77 not $72 and the statement submitted is not accurate. For example on 2/22/18, the payment was not $25, it was $50. And there are other discrepancies. I am requesting we set up a meeting to have a discussion about the discrepancies. I am available after 7/31/19. I will bring my parent. Please have an accurate statement available for review.
