Grace Project Reviews (3)

Review: I ordered a piece of clothing from this company in Dec 2014. It arrived and I realized I needed to exchange it. However I was traveling and by the time I was available to exchange it, I was outside their return date. A kind concierge said they would make an exception. So I mailed the item off to them in late January (I no longer have the postal record to trace the package unfortunately). To date, I have not received the exchanged item. I have called and emailed numerous times and the story they are giving me is that there is a HUGE backlog at their warehouse with returns and my package may or may not be there. They apparently are MONTHS behind with handling their returns. Meanwhile it is April and I do not have the replacement item, nor do I know when they will determine whether my package arrived at their warehouse or not. I have sent numerous emails, all with no response. The only time I can get any information, albeit not helpful at all, is when I telephone. I know the email works because they responded several times in the beginning before I got upset with the situation.Desired Settlement: I would either like a credit to my account or the item that I ordered in the smaller size.

Review: Two items were ordered online. Both were returned immediately over 1 month ago. I have called the company twice. I first spoke with [redacted] on January 13, 2015 who confirmed they received the returned merchandise on December 22, 2014 but they were running behind on holiday returns. Told I would receive my refund ($175) within a week. On 1/22/15 I still hadn't received my refund and called again and spoke with the supervisor [redacted] who assured me she would process my refund that day. It is now 1/26/15 and I still haven't received my refund and am doubtful I will without Revdex.com intervention.Desired Settlement: It is unreasonable that a customer should wait over 5 weeks for their refund. They have their merchandise and I want my money back. I have tried repeatedly to resolve. I consider my money stolen at this point and want my refund.

Review: I received a pair of boots from the Grace Project as a gift for my birthday, 12/ 26/ 2014. The boots didn't fit, so the following week, I called asking about the procedure for exchanging them. I was told to wait until the spring catalog came out, then to return the boots (and pay my own shipping, which was fine) with an order as to what I would like for my exchange. I mailed the boots towards the end of February, 2015 with all of the information they asked me to provide (exchange items, my address, original order number, etc.). I sent the package with tracking and insurance. I called a few weeks later, on 3/ 18/ 15. They received the boots but were 4- 6 weeks out processing any exchanges. Over the course of the summer, I called a few times and was told someone would look into it and call me back. No one ever returned any of my calls. I moved to a new town (in JUNE 2015- three months later!), and called to give them my new address to send my exchange to the new address. Again, they told me they would look into it and call me back. No call back. Ever. So, here are the most recent events.... they still have my boots ($329) and have never sent me any exchange items. Sept.8, 2015: Called again, spoke to C[redacted], she found the order and said she had no idea why it hadn't shipped. She would forward my information and someone would get back to me and update me. No one ever called back.Sept. 23, 2015: Called again, spoke to S[redacted]. She could not figure out what was going on. For the first time she called back later that day. She said to place an exchangeorder and it would ship ASAP and apologized for all of the problems.Sept. 23, 2015: Called again, spoke to Angie. Placed a SECOND exchange order, she said everything was in stock and would ship ASAP. I gave her my email and asked to have an email sent when it ships. No email received.Called customer service 2 more times. I was informed that Linda the supervisor would call me back twice (9/ 30 and 10/ 1) and no call back.Desired Settlement: I would like my order shipped ASAP. I have spent HOURS (minimum of 20) trying to resolve this, so I feel like they should also issue me some sort of additional gift card or store credit to compensate for the poor customer service and all of the time I have invested in this issue. It is a problem with their customer service, I have done everything just as they asked.
