I completely agree with what Mrs*** has to say, never once while I deny that. As of this point I have to put the shower door in and do a little bit of minor detailed work, there is roughly a $5,balance I completely have wipe that clean, I also upgraded the
floor. I plan on putting that shower door in for for them as soon as it comes in. I guess I would just like to say that the last 6-months have been extremely hard I'm down to employees and that's how I'm going to keep it no longer will I use subcontractors or people who don't fit the criteria who can't pass drug test and can't prove loyalty. I redid everything in the basement twice and it's a beautiful basement I simply hope this can just be resolved and be done with. I guess if anything I would like to tell everybody restructuring a business after a giant mistake like this as hard but I agree with everything that the client has said it's very embarrassing sometimes to think about what they went through which is why I've decided to slow down do smaller jobs and manage no more than two jobs at the same time I guess that's easier said than done because I'm still trying to restructure and is hard but it's a marathon not a Sprint I hope one day mrand mrs*** could forgive my lack of management and enjoy the basement that they have. I guess if one thing is true you learn from your mistakes and I just like to let them know I definitely learn from this one, even when I spoke to them on the phone I told him I just simply don't trust nobody else but one of the six guys I have left working for me. I am hoping that the shower doors in this week so we can finally be done with the project and move on I would also like to thank the Revdex.com for giving me the opportunity to resolve this matter and continue using them for my business needs. This is one thing I never thought I would be doing is defending one of my jobs never thought would I ever have to question my integrity it's quite embarrassing however learning from my mistakes only makes me bigger and better . I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to meI would just like a completion dateThis has been going on since October 16th , Our house is a mess since furniture is spread all throughout the houseWe have been unsettled for almost a year now for something that should have only taken a couple monthsEverything was done two and three times but not due to usIt was due to things done wrong and unsatisfactorilyLike two different paints put on one wall, flooring not taken all the way to the wall, doors hung with gaps on both sides, a storage room built with no door, drop ceiling not hung to code and crooked, shower door built facing wrong direction, tile not even in shower straight, along with multiple other issuesSo I don't want it to be made out as if we are difficult people to work with because I feel we have been more than patient and fair
