Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: What the owner has said it and said out of retalitation I have only visited her salon one time, so her assertion that she sees it has been an ongoing claim is falseThe price promised was for the next future visitIf a company's employee or the owner verbally states a price will be given for a future visit, it should be honored no matter whatI have worked in the service industry myself and our primary goal was to make sure the customer was satisfied and that we honored our word and any quoted price regardless of changes in betweenThis kept our customers happy which meant they would most likely be loyal return customers and also refer their friends and family to our companyWord of mouth advertising is the best and most crucial type of advertisingI did not accept the owners offer to come into her store to have my hair done one last time because of her hostility and defensiveness over the phoneIt would not have made for a pleasant experience for either one of us under those terms Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason if he complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]

2/7/17Revdex.com,I Jolen B [redacted] have received the complaint from [redacted] I am now giving my dispute [redacted] has purchased a Group On at the price of $and was told to pay an extra for toner that was needed to create different color tones because of the fact that when she came in for her service our stylists are trained to ask if their is any other colors in the hair other than being Virgin hair to work withShe said yesSo that puts us at the risk of different colors to appearAt this time this is called a color correctiveOur Group On price doesn’t cover that service, but if the client wants to still proceed with appointment we do the best we can with what we have to work withOn our part of mistakes made, is that we should have had [redacted] sign a release from stating that by having color already in her hair that the picture was probably not going to exceedI have called her today 2/7/to let her know that if she wants the $back that she will have to call Group OnWe can’t refund $that she agreed to pay up frontI thank you for sending me information on how to speak to clientsSome time there is just no compromising.Thank you,Jolene B***DBA - Grace Salon

I am rejecting this response because: What the owner has said it false and said out of retalitation.  I have only visited her salon one time, so her assertion that she sees it has been an ongoing claim is false. The price promised was for the next future visit. If a company's employee or the owner verbally states a price will be given for a future visit, it should be honored no matter what. I have worked in the service industry myself and our primary goal was to make sure the customer was satisfied and that we honored our word and any quoted price regardless of changes in between. This kept our customers happy which meant they would most likely be loyal return customers and also refer their friends and family to our company. Word of mouth advertising is the best and most crucial type of advertising.
