I keep receiving emails advising that I owe money to this company - but there is no address in the email and a different phone and "Department" are given to contact I believe this to be spam
I got a email days ago in my spam folder from ace cash services customer id # [redacted] and case file [redacted] m that they are marking this case as a flat refusal and press legal charges against me I am going to be legally prosecuted in the courthouse within a couple of daysthe ssn is put on hold by the us government and that there are allegations against me violation of federal banking regulation , collateral check fraud and theft by deception they show a amount I will be sued for is that they wont sue me if I call them and make a arrangment to paythey said they was gonna send a letter to my employer I did use payday loans many many years ago but all of them have been paid for I had the same issue a year ago and freaked out and paid another company saying the same thing, that company was [redacted] mediation LLC in [redacted] FL [redacted] phone ####-###-#### and they had my old address and my old [redacted] account # so I freaked out and paid them
I have received hundreds of emails and hundreds of phone calls for more than years from Ace Cash Services saying I owe a payday loan from and emails are indicating they are legally obligated by local laws and clauses to proceed with further action and that it is final warning that they are emailing/faxing to my employer and taking strict action against me They are further stated that I have ignored their multiple requests and I will have to pay legal proceedings and court orders I have responded to every email and every phone call asking them to provide me with copy of documentation of such loan and they insist they cannot until loan is paid then they will provide me with a letter stating paid in full And I need to indicate whether I want to resolve or refuse and those are only options without providing me with documentation I have sent numerous letters asking them to cease and desist until such information can be provided - I have blocked their email and phone numbers
