Review: The staff of this business is horribly rude. There's no reason that these people should be allowed to manage a business. They treat the customers with absolutely no respect and charge excessively for their food.(From my [redacted] review)[redacted]After being a happy customer for 2 years; I'm done. They repeatedly close early. They're scheduled to be open till 11; they almost always put a printed, laminated sign on the door that says "closing at 10:50" I have knocked on the door numerous evenings at 10:40 to just have them point at the clock. Our last interaction ended with one of the rude cashiers flipping me off. We went in 10 minutes after opening for coffee; they claimed that we'd need to buy cream off the shelf because they "weren't ready".. surprisingly enough, they were ready to serve 7 different types of black coffee to anyone who's willing to pay!The Deli makes good sandwiches, they have a great selection, for the exceptionally high cost of their goods, their customer service should be paramount. As far as I'm concerned their customer service is completely worthless, the store should just be automated and their customers would be happier.For anyone new to the neighborhood, [redacted] (directly across [redacted]) is open 24x7, have excellent customer service, a great selection and they don't rip you off. [redacted] 2 blocks south is fantastic as well. And let's not forget [redacted] in the summer!Desired Settlement: A written apology for flipping me off, closing early repeatedly and a refund for a carton of cream because they refused to "be ready" to sell coffee at 7:10am.
