order, and can see that there is a need for us to re-train our personnel, to make only promises that they can keep, and improve our customer service all around. The order in question was placed on 5/After going through order placement and approvals of the proofs, etcfrom the manufacturer, your brother's memorial plaque was received by us on June 20th, meeting the manufacturer's timeliness as we have always quotedIt was placed and you were notified on July 20th by phone. The fact that it took one month from the time we received the plaque until the time it was installed is where our people failed to deliver the appropriate customer service that we expectI am sorry that this happened and have directed Holly, our office manager to setup our year single vase silk floral placement program, valued at $as a token of our appreciation for your patience and to apologize for not meeting your expectationsThis will be good for one year starting immediatelyWe will place seasonal florals at his grave with each change of the seasons.
