I lost my motorcycle key and called to order a new one I paid over the phone and was told it would take days minimum I found my key and called back hours later I was dismissed and told there was nothing that could be done to cancel the order When I questioned why not, I was told "I don't know who to contact and it's over my head" I asked to speak to a Manager who said that she could call and check I don't understand why an order that takes days to process can't be cancelled within the first day or why I had to ask to speak to a Manager to get someone to say they would try to help me The associate was dismissive and rude and even the Manager was hesitant to try to help until I pushed the matter Horrible customer service

On May 12, I was involved in a motorcycle accident (separate from this company)On May 14, I had my motorcycle transported to this location for repairsI spoke with Amy, after speaking to my claims adjuster, in regards to A D Farrow repairing my bikeAmy compiled a quote for my adjuster of repair costs and the adjuster approved the claimA check was sent to A D Farrow for $within weeksThe parts were ordered and we were advised that it would take a while to have "painted parts" arrive as Harley only paints certain colors on certain days of the monthThis at the time was not a serious issue time related as I had a broken leg and couldn't ride anywayOur only request to Amy was that they do their best to have my bike ready by August 11, 2018, when we were leaving for vacation to TNweeks before we were to leave, she contacted us and said that the bike would not be ready in time because they discovered some other issuesThe small little tab that helps to secur

I recently had a very positive experience with your service department at your north locationI wanted to share this because I can not believe the extent your staff went to repairing my Road KingI purchased this bike from my uncle that I thought purchased it new at your Broad StlocationMy bike was running horribly and constantly slipping out of first gear into neutralI was expecting to be told I needed a new transmission or at least a new clutchAs far as the motor I had no idea what could be wrongMy uncle told me it always ran that way but it didn't sound like other Harley'sConstantly staling and running roughI had taken it to another place and was told it was an engine programmer that was badYour shop wanted to look into before they just changed somethingAfter your mechanic Mark looked it over and repaired some fuel hoses with holes in themThe bike was still running roughThen he just unplugged the external engine programmer an it ran perfectly! Now I would imagine any other shop would just put it back together and call it done but Mark wanted to know why it was working that way just in case it was doing damage to the engineIt should't run without the programmer, I was told The girl that worked at the front desk then requested service records from all the local Harley Davidson dealerships to find if and answer could be found thereAfter looking through a stack of paperwork one line item looked out of placeTurns out what happened was when the bike was new at another dealership before it was sold to its original owner it had some upgradesIncluding upgraded exhaust pipes and air intakeBack then it was common to reprogram the original engine computerWell what happened was my uncle purchased the bike and had a different set of exhaust pipes installed it was assumed the bike needed an external programmer because that is how it was done at that timeThe original altered computer and external computer were just working against each other!! The clutch, it turns out just needed a simple adjustment! The bike runs great now! I honestly believe that no other shop would have went through all of that to not only fix the problem but to find out why it was a problemIt also made me realize why it is important to have service done at the dealerThey meticulously document everything they do and like masters at the Citadel they can recall that information if it is needed for future repairsEven if like in my case it was years!! I want to say Thank You to anyone that had any part in repairing my bike
