This is not an honest company in my opinion and they take advantage of peopleThey don't want you to own the product and they will do anything once you get close to paying it off to get it back including lying, and never returning your calls or emails or faxes or lettersI paid more than years worth of payments ($ 3,700.00) then my debit card bank was comprised by hackers and through no fault of my own my recurring payment didn't get paid because the bank required a pin to use after the breachWhen I found out I had to wait two weeks to get a new oneI'm on disability with limited fix income and my benefits are paid directly on that card and they (Bank) never sent me notice and I don't have any voicemail showing Graceland called until a default letter showed up in my mail boxI offered to catch up the payments (3) and gave them my new debit cardThey offered to put the late payments on the back end of the contract allowing me to just start fresh making new payments to finish my contract using my new debit card as a recurring payment (I did think that was a nice gesture seeing how I didn't have anything to do with the breach with the bank)I was never late once during the whole time with them until this eventThen they reneged on our agreement and sent someone to repossess the shed unannounced scaring the heck out of my wife when I wasn't home and trespassing on my property after I clearly told them not to when they renege on our agreementI tried communicating dozens of times with multiple people at the company including the owners listed on their corporation but they wouldn't respond and now they have sent a attorney after me threatening a lawsuit unless I give them thousands of dollarsI think they saw an opportunity to make thousands more by repossessing it then honoring the agreement they offeredIn my opinion this is a terrible company to do business with as they lied to me telling me when could work it out...I even have it in writing then blatantly renegingThen they cut off all communications so I couldn't even send it the late paymentsWhen I finally reached someone to pay the past due payments by phone the flippantly told me "sorry your account has been closed and there nothing we can do about it", basically blowing me offThis situation has caused a great amount of stress in my life and my health is even more comprised as a result
