To whom it may concern, my Personal Water Craft (PWC) was not starting anymoreAfter I picked up the repaired PWC it was still exhibiting the exact same issuesAfter I picked it up a second time it was again exhibiting the same issues with the starterThen, Jim the owner, advised me to buy a solenoid and a new battery and install those myself since he was going on vacation and would not be able to work on it for two weeksJim also told me he changed the oilWhen I asked why the oil is still so black, he told me motor oil is naturally blackThat is not trueAfter I did install the battery and solenoid, with much difficulty, the vessel would still not startI took the SeaDoo back a third time and now he wants more money(double) and he needs me to buy the extra parts or he will not work on it anymore and I should just pick it up nowHe also told me he hates his Job!?! I don't know the legal aspect of this situation however I do believe I am not being treated quite fairlyThank y
I had Jim W*** of Fast Repair service my John Deere lAriding mowerI gave Jim the oil drain cap, oil and a filter to use in the servicingJim charged me $for an oil/filter change, new battery, cables and spark plugs/wires and he pressure washed the engineThis service came with a one year warranteeI mowed my lawn one and a half times and it stopped runningJim came to look at my mower and said the oil had leaked out of the oil drain plug because it was on wrong.He said the mower engine was shot I told Jim he was the one that did the oil change and serviced my mower two weeks ago so he was the one who put the cap on wrongHe was adamant that he didn't do it because "I know how to put them on right"I asked Jim who else would have put the cap on as it wasn't me and why would I put the cap on when he serviced the mowerI realized at that point that I was being scammed and I didn't feel comfortable going over and over the issue, he's a creepy guy and I was alone at
Jim W*** ripped me offHe charged me $to repair my riding lawn mowerIncluded in this were new spindles that he charged me for and charged me to put them on--After bringing the mower home, I learned that there was only new spindle on it, the other were old and corroded to the point one would not even hold a bladeFurther, I brought to him my own brand new mower blades for him to install on my mowerHe put one of my new blades on and then put old crappy used blades on, and KEPT my personal property rather than putting them on my lawn mowerHe also charged me to change an air filter which I told him not to, and upon examination, it is the SAME air filter that I looked at with him and told him not to changeI have had to take the lawn mower into *** *** *** *** in Monroe to purchase the blades and spindles AGAIN, and pay to have them actually installed this timeI have all documentation from *** *** ***, and photos, which show that I was require
