Gracia's Maintenance and Handyman Service

I am rejecting this response because:Gracia's Maintenance had come twice to my house in an attempt to fix my roof leak.  Not once did they lift up the tiles to check for sure if there was a leak. They did not seal the tiles.  I was observing the entire time.  Upon inspection, they had only proposed a guess that there would be no further leak.  I find that there is a leak.

not the roof but the rain gutter.I told Mr. [redacted] and he asked how much I would charge to replace them. I told him that I did not do that kind of work. One year later he called and said it was still leaking again I told him what the problem was but he just does not want to exept it. this was on 1-8-18. one year after the last time he called. said it has not rain since.According to the weather bureau 2017 was a heavy rain year.thank you [redacted]
