I am rejecting this response because: I was not the only one who was able to split their paymentAlso I did talk to the owner on the phone and he told me I would be receive my final payment the next day and I have yet to recieve itTheir website claims money
back on the spotIf they are not going to honor that then remoce it fron the websiteEverytime I talked to them on the phone they Iinsistwd on me coming back in and training refusing the fact that I had already started the cancellation processI dont enjoy being constantly harrassed about coming in to trainAnd even being called by the owner and being told I could train with himI am not the bad guy hereI was treated poorly and not given the respect I deserved

Review: Gracie Morumbi has a 60 day money back guarantee. I contacted them within the 60 days and was told I needed to contact another company that handles there billing. The only contact information they have for the billing company is an email and I have not received a response. Gracie Morumbi stated on their website that I would receive my money back on the spot no questions asked. This is far from true and has been quite a headache.Desired Settlement: I intend to be refunded %100
