I pre-ordered a sportsbra and a workout tank top from Gracie's Gear on November 20th, 2013 totaling $78.03. I have still not received these products. I have tried to contact customer support on multiple occasions through the website, and also through their [redacted] group. I have not received a response. Several "updates" have been posted stating problems the company has faced, but when customers ask questions about the "updates," their questions are ignored by the company. I have attempted to contact a human every couple months, I have not reached anyone yet. I do no think I should have to wait over a year for two products that I was promised to receive in December 2013. I paid for a product via a Kickstarter campaign in June 2013. I made a order number [redacted], sports bra on June 17, 2014. I was charged on my credit card $54.00. I never received this item and was charged for it. I ordered a Gracie's Gear Long Tank Bra, Black with Pink trim-size M. I was sent a email confirming this order with pre-ordering $48.00 shipping $6. The charge of $54 was charged on my credit card that day, June 17, 2014. I have not received this item. I have contacted Gracie Gear many times and they have not responded to me other than I was given a ticket number. I want to be credited for my order which now my credit card number is new.Please advise me is this is happening to orders and it is a false ad.
