He is very meticulous and will consult you if he can save you money He moved my laundry room upstairs and built an additional linen closet across from it Looks like it has always been there He painted all Rooms and installed crown molding throughout my entire home He installed recessed lighting in my kitchen He also knows landscaping and helped me make some Decisions on my yard He does wood working on the side and has built me a few items....kitchen island, book shelves and a Military Coin Case This will be my go to contractor for all other renovations or repairs
By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a contractor A two week project turned into two months! He had every excuse in the book why it wasn't done and kept making promise after promise only to deliver let down after let down To make matter worse, he contracts the cheapest most unprofessional people in order to have the job done and then tries to blame them for sub par work Save yourself the time, money, and frustration Go with ANYONE else and pay the little extra - trust me, it isn't worth the headache There are things that still haven't been finished with the house but I would rather do it myself than to deal with this man another day
