I ordered some items and after a week they had not shippedI called and emailedDid not get a responseI called again and left a message with a live person again asking about the statusI was told the proper person would call me back in minutesBy the way, only once did they actually answer the phone in my many attempts to reach them during their business hours No return call A few hours later when I check on the status of my order I am shocked to see it is listed as cancelled! When I inquired again by email I did get a reply finally saying it was cancelled because the products are discontinued, and claiming they had emailed me earlier in the dayI had not received an email, nor was it in my junk folderThey should have called me to explain and apologizeFurther, they shouldn't have products on their website that are discontinued, nor wait a week to inform meThe items were a Christmas gift that I ordered in enough time to get when neededHad I been told right away the products were not available, I would have made a different purchase But now its too late to order anythingVery disappointing So products on website that aren't actually availableNo communication to say they can't fill my orderNo return callNo one answering the phone most of the timeNo apology Very bad serviceThey need to make some changes

No return call. A few hours later when I check on the status of my order I am shocked to see it is listed as cancelled! When I inquired again by email I did get a reply finally saying it was cancelled because the products are discontinued, and claiming they had emailed me earlier in the day. I had not received an email, nor was it in my junk folder. They should have called me to explain and apologize. Further, they shouldn't have products on their website that are discontinued, nor wait a week to inform me. The items were a Christmas gift that I ordered in enough time to get when needed. Had I been told right away the products were not available, I would have made a different purchase. But now its too late to order anything. Very disappointing.

So products on website that aren't actually available. No communication to say they can't fill my order. No return call. No one answering the phone most of the time. No apology.

Very bad service. They need to make some changes.
