Review: Product is Graco Nautilus 3-in-1 Car Seat.The latch/buckle in the 5 point harness locked up and I could not open it and I had to cut my 3year old out of the seat. IF I had been in a car accident and/or the car caught fire - my son's life would have ended that day.I purchased the product in 2012- the original was returned to Graco a few months later due to something inside shredding the 5 point harness. Graco themselves sent me a replacement. They had all my information.When I called Graco about the latch/buckle locking up - they told me they KNEW about it, had already made a new replacement latch/buckle but only sent it to people who complained.In my eyes this is a life threatening issue - if there was a car accident - my son would have been stuck in the car screaming and crying possibly to his death.I let Graco customer service person know that when Toyota had a few cases of the gas pedal getting stuck and cars accelerating, they recalled their product and fixed it free of charge to the customer. She had no comment. At the end of our long conversation, they stated they would send me a replacement 5 point harness with the new latch/buckle.This incident with the latch/buckle locking up I believe should be a RECALL and ALL of these car seats with the faulty latch/buckle should be fixed!!!!!!

I am rejecting this response because:

It was not a customer service complaint, but a Risk Assessment complaint directed towards their Quality Assurance Department.

Review: I bought a stroller from this company. In the owners manual there is a list of parts that come with all models of this stroller and a list of parts that come woth certain models. My stroller was missing a part that was listed under the comes with ALL models list. I contacted the company to say the part was missing. I was informed my model didn't come with that part. When I sent them a picture of the manual and explained it said all models should have the part I was ignored by the company.

Review: Hi - I had an issue with a Graco Smart Seat and was told I would have to return it. After going through various issues, I was told I could return the seat and its origina base along with an EXTRA base. I told the person I would pursue that option. I sent back the original base, the car seat, and the extra base in ONE box, with the provided shipping label. Graco is now saying they do not have a record of receiving the second base, although I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that it was in the box. It's an entire base. I didn't misplace it or forget it. They refuse to issue a refund for that, which is totally $99.99, which is a lot of money. They are also saying FedEx weighed the box at 30 pounds which would only accomodate one base and one seat, but when I spoke to FedEx, they assured me they MOST LIKELY did NOT weigh the box, and just went with the 30 pounds listed on the shipping label. I also included a letter in the box stating that I was returning TWO bases and a car seat. No one contacted me to question this. I have a copy of the letter. I'm upset because of GRACO'S error, they lost a car seat base and are not refunding me almost $100! I'm out this money due to their error, and have been through extreme stress with this. I already had to send my seats back and come out of pocket for another seat while waiting on them to process my return. I'm disgusted and stressed that I'm losing $100. I'm attaching the letter I included in the box that they also lost.

Not sure if this gets checked, as it states in the signature this is the email, but shortly after sending the complaint and arguing with Graco for nearly two hours, they do not admit to losing my return but stated they will mail me reimbursement for $99.99 on the next cycle, which is sometime in April. I am hesitant to say its been resolved because I haven't received payment and got the run-around numerous times, promising payment then them telling me they wouldn't pay me.

Just keeping you updated.
