poor quality
I received my sons grad picture, I paid extra for a complexion touch up, the picture I paid over $35 dollars for was total garbage. It was cheap thin photo paper which wasn't package properly so came partially bent. The colouring was poor, it was so blue my son looked a terrible colour and the so called complexion touch up was non existent. When I complained it was suggested I pay extra for further touch ups. I have been going back and forward with email but no one has offered any solution except to pay more money. The customer service is horrendous, I'm one very dissatisfied customer.

I closed my account in the U.S. Bank. How about sending a check to my address in Florida. That will work for me. ( if you have anothor method, let me know)  If you cannot contact me regarding the place of delivery. this is the organization that will receive my shipment.
