Customer ordered one of our custom graduation packagesOur manufacturer had delays in delivery of productEntire schools order was lateAt the time product was delivered customer was listed as having a balance dueWhen there is a balance we do not deliver product until order is paid in full
Customer having a balance due was a staff member clerical error, their payments were not posted correctlyAt this time I have personally spoken to the customerWe are having package manufactured for customer and have agreed to a full refund
