I called Grade A Autoparts on Monday April 7th to order a wheel for my car because I had bent the rim on my wheel. I got in touch with a representative I'll name as John Doe. I placed the order and was told it would be shipped to my house the next day. On Friday April 11th I still hadn't received my wheel so I called Grade A back. People continued to transfer me to who they said was John Doe at extension XXXX. But that always went to another employees voicemail. On Monday April 14 I called back requesting to speak to John Doe but no one was able to find him so they sent him and his supervisor an email requesting they call me back. I then called back on Tuesday April 15 requesting to speak to John Doe again. Again another set of emails were sent. Later that afternoon John Doe called me back and advised he had taken a long weekend and still hadnt shipped the wheel but promised he would. John Doe even gave me his direct cell phone number (which I wont post) and said if I had any problems to call him back. Well I received the wheel on Wednesday April 16. I then took the wheel to the local tire place on Thursday April 17th to have a new tire put on it. I then received the bad news that the wheel was junk because it was worped and egg shaped and they couldnt put a new tire on. So I called John Doe back on Friday April 18th to see what I needed to do about getting them the wheel back and me receiving a refund. John Doe never called back. Since that time i've left John Doe numerous voicemails but still no call back. I even called Grade A's general number back and received no help besides them saying I needed to speak to John Doe. So now I am out $70 and have a defective Product.
