Grade A Improvements

Banks W is extremely unprofessional, untimely and rude. I should have fired him after he yelled at me over the phone when I confronted him about not being on track, and his crew leaving beer cans in my basement; unfortunately I was hard pressed to complete the project and thousands in so we moved forward. He was very unresponsive to my questions and requests for quotes, and then blamed me for my timeline. I had to manage him, AND coordinate between vendors-- isn't that the job of a foreman?? He was unable to complete the agreed upon project by deadline-that had been twice extended. He and his crew showed horrible craftsmanship- gaps in wall panels, nail gun holes, dry wall that didn't go to the ceiling, uneven walls, etc. He also over extended his authority and picked a paint color to paint the walls, added crown molding and cheap baseboard without sending the estimate I had repeatedly asked for. I ended up without my project being completed, thousands over estimate and very disappointed.
I would not recommend using his company if you need something done correctly.
