they offered possible repair and they sold me a truck with bent frame

[redacted] purchased a 2001 Honda CRV from our lot on 5/18/2016 she paid for the vehicle in full using her Visa card ending in -[redacted]. At the time of the sale [redacted] was offered the chance to purchase a Contract Cancellation Agreement which she declined, she was also aware that the vehicle...

came As-Is with a limited 30 day 1000-mile warranty. We were contacted by [redacted] on 5/19/2016, she informed us that she was broke down and her vehicle would not run. We had her vehicle towed into our repair facility. It was determined that the vehicles timing belt needed to be replaced. We replaced the timing belt, water pump, valve cover gasket and crank sensor, including the tow to the sum of $ 620.89 with no charges to [redacted]. We finished the repair and had her back on the road the same day. On 6/10/16 we were contacted by [redacted] and were told that she thought that the transmission was out and also maybe the timing belt was off again because the vehicle would not start. We advised her that because she was under her 30-day warranty that if she got the vehicle to us would check it out for her. She had the vehicle towed to our lot on 6/13/16 she cleaned the car out and left it here to be diagnosed. We contacted her on 6/15/16 at 11:57am to inform the customer that the clutch needed to be replaced and it was not covered under the 30-day warranty there was no answer, we tried to call again at 1:16pm no answer and left a message. She returned our call at 2:07pm we quoted her with the price of the repair $936.50 she said she needed more time to make a decision. Our service department tried to contact her on 6/16/16 at 8:34am no answer, she called back at 8:36 and said she was unsure of a decision. We took the vehicle out of the shop and parked it in our storage lot waiting to hear from her. On 7/6/16 we noticed a charge back on our account, I called our merchant services and was informed that [redacted] had filled a dispute regarding the purchase of her vehicle. We responded to the dispute on 7/6/16. [redacted] faxed us on 7/21/16 stating that Card Member Services would be handling the dispute on her behalf. After responding to the dispute, we then started the lien sale process on the vehicle, we had not heard from her and the vehicle was still sitting on our lot with no contact from [redacted] for any repairs on the vehicle. She then contacted our dealership after 9/14/16 when she was notified that the dispute was found in favor of our dealership, stating that she had not received any calls or notifications from us regarding her vehicle and she was still waiting for it to be repaired. She then asked us to waive the storage fees and the diagnosis fees of her vehicle and fix it free of charge and call her once the vehicle was ready.

I am rejecting this response because: I should not be having to deal with this problems this early into the purchase anyway. My first year is not even over till May of 2015 and this truck  has been a nightmare.

If Mr. [redacted] would like any assistance on possible repair of his vehicle our service department is open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and he can contact [redacted] at [redacted]. He could also try calling his warranty company regarding any repairs.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I want a more definitive timeline as to when Grade-Tech Pavers will come to the house and repair the section of asphalt in question. I've already waited a year-and-a-half from the original contact in July of 2014, and I think I've given them plenty of time to come here with a wheelbarrow full of asphalt left over from any other job they have in the area. I first let them know about the issue of not having enough stone against the edge of the driveway within a week of its installation, and my husband added the necessary gravel to keep the asphalt from further damage. I think we've done our part, and now I want Grade-Tech Pavers to fulfill their promise of coming here with some asphalt to repair the damaged area. I understand they will not pay the bill for another company to complete the work, but then I need Grade-Tech Pavers to show up and do the work.
Regards,
[redacted]

Review: In June of 2013 (June 13, 2013) we hired Grade Tech Pavers to pave an asphalt driveway for us. There were some immediate issues along the edges of the driveway, which resulted in some deterioration of the driveway the following year. In July of 2014 (July 14th, 2014) I contacted the company by email and asked them to repair the edges in question. The President of the company, [redacted] supposedly came to the house and looked at the situation and told his secretary, [redacted], that their company would come out in the near future to make the needed repairs. I've contacted the company via email multiple times since that initial contact in July of 2014, with promises of the repair but no action on the repair. I've even left a phone message for the President to at least call me, which he hasn't.Desired Settlement: We'd still like Grade Tech Pavers to come out and make the needed repairs to the asphalt driveway edges that we were promised, but if that's not possible, we'd like to hire another company to do the repairs, but the bill would have to be paid by Grade Tech Pavers.

Response:

Grade Tech Pavers paved our driveway in August of 2015 after numerous cancellations and poor communication. This spring, after a mild winter, the driveway looked worse than it did before Grade Tech performed the service. After a half dozen phone calls and e-mails the owner, Dave, finally stopped to inspect the driveway. He was very vague with his reasoning and proposed solutions, provided a few weak excuses and said he would get back to me in a couple of days after he "reviewed my initial contract". I was skeptical to say the least.
Two and a half weeks and over a dozen phone calls and e-mails later I have not been able to contact anyone. I will be stopping out to confirm but a recent Google search has them listed as "permanently closed". I am assuming this is the case. Good news for anyone who may chose this company in the future. Bad news for people like me who will not be getting their money back. A lesson was certainly learned on my end. More research next time!

The “Keystone Cops” and the “Three Stooges” could have done a better job. After a rain there are puddles all over. Just because they have paving equipment doesn’t mean any body knows how to use it. It was a waste of good material, and therefore a waste of my $10,000.

Review: I would like to file a complaint and workmen ship and quality of the product that was installed at my home. There was a new Asphalt driveway put down on 6-20-2013. The product was of poor quality and not hot when it was put down. When rolled it did not compact and left pot marks all through the driveway, also large stone on the driveway and a line down the middle where the two halves were joined together. The foreman had to use a LP blow torch to heat the asphalt so it could be rolled. Very poor work. Had the owner out to discuss with him about how it looked and how the work was not satisfactory to us and should be fix. He said he would talk to his foreman about the job . There has not been any contact on his part since he was out. I have written them a letter( 6-30-2013) to fine out what they have come up with to fix this problem and there has been no reply of any kind. They did not do what was written in the contract.
