Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Please note that I have already responded to this Abu R***, owner of UPS Store ***, and his additional communication - after his poor online and in person response (which was so demeaning that I was forced to walk away from an in person meet) is not appropriate or welcomeI will not engage this man any further, because I am business professional - and an American citizen well aware of my rights and how to deal with businesses and individuals who violate those rightsI reached out to the Revdex.com regarding the unconscionable practices of a business and its owner (Abu R***) whose misconduct personally impacted me in an effort to resolve the matter using the path of least resistanceUPS Store [redacted] and Abu R [redacted] were not cooperative (as I have already stated in my response to Abu R***'s FIRST reply to my Revdex.com complaint)Abu R [redacted] and Store ***'s attempt to continue to litigate this issue in this forum is denied as legal paths to restitution are already underwayABU R [redacted] AND STORE [redacted] MUST CEASE AND DESIST FROM CONTACTING ME FURTHERANY FURTHER COMMUNICATION I HAVE WITH ABU R [redacted] AND HIS STORE WILL BE VIA ATTORNEY OR INVESTIGATIVE BODY (NOT THE Revdex.com)This matter is beyond the scope of the Revdex.com due to the initial actions and inactions of Abu R [redacted] when they were notified of this complaint and provided SEVERAL opportunities to resolve the matter amicably and without legal actionFurther communication by this store and its owner is harassmentAbu R [redacted] and his store have been made fully aware that their conduct towards me was injurious, not welcome, and is at a level that can only be resolved through legal action In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear [redacted] , [redacted] Open and signed contract with our location for a mailbox yearour mailbox could be owned by multiple people for example in a family of all people name can be added [redacted] was explained by me personally today at the store and by my employee that this is very simple matter and most likely people whom owned this mailbox before her has never did a change of address .we have also spoken to post master and he also mentioned the same and has told us to simply return mail to sender as received .We have also given [redacted] example of moving to new apartment scenario by using myself as an example when I moved I received mail from previous tenants whom were family of and I still do.As far as her information being safe, I am really not understanding her point as she couldn't prove anything happened or any of her information been compromised .All THE UPS STORE MAILBOXES ARE NONREFUNDABLE as services are being given.She has no logic or merit in her complaint and we are unable to help her as no proof of her items being insecure or compromised .one time that we spoke , she seemed very concern for previous box holder mail and we have informed her to please give the mail back to us and we will gladly return back to sender .I really want to help and I do but I still don't understand as no mistakes are done by us .sincerelyAbu R***

I am sorry that [redacted] feels that I have not helped which she has asked.she has asked to refund her mailbox services which she has signed a contract for 1year and she continues to come and check her mailbox and takes mails .[redacted] and I sat together and she stormed out of the store as I tried to understand why she was doing this, she continued to get loud and asked one question "Are you going to refund me " I went outside the norm since this is NON REFUNDABLE "and offered some of her money back and asked that she stay with us as I see no problems or any legitimacy of her claim and this is completely from kindness of my heart .she continues to lie and bash us on google and [redacted] with out any validity .I am a gentleman and I do not like to argue and fuss . I want her to be happy .so to close this if she likes I HAVE AND can refund half her money and she can also enjoy her mailbox which has no issues others then her own and want her to remove the reviews which are completely FALSE .This is my final . I would hate to see this go any further then it needs to . I noticed she she likes to threaten of law suit and I am the man who does not like TO say or flex my muscle rather be conservative and CAN take it as far she wants and proudly have the ability . so please make her understand , she does not have a case and she signed contract and signed credit card receipt where it mentions NR .Please help her and me to close and move on as I sincerely want her to be Happy .she is wonderful and very nice young lady and I would love to have her as my customer . I have built a great successful first UPS STORE IN HARLEM when no one dare to take a chance and I have been in HARLEM FOR ALMOST 20 YEARS AND RESPECTED and well known by many and very involved in the community .

Abu R[redacted], owner of UPS Store [redacted], has misrepresented the an encounter we had on September **, 2017, which was initiated by me, and wholly failed to remedy the complaint submitted to the Revdex.com or the matters discussed in his store. In fact, Mr. R[redacted]'s conduct and conversation on September **, 2017, in his store, was so condescending that I walked out of the store recognizing that only legal action would force store [redacted] and Abu R[redacted] to comply. I have forwarded my mail from store [redacted] to protect my personal identity from further injury, I have reported Abu R[redacted] and UPS Store [redacted] to the State's Attorney General, and I will pursue a civil lawsuit against UPS Store [redacted] and Abu R[redacted]. Abu R[redacted] demanded that I disclose what evidence I had to prove a claim, but I declined to be subjected to his unprofessional and condescending tone, speech, or mannerism any further and walked out of the store. He can see the evidence in court.
