Crashes, issues with Operating System, *** Technical Support and many others services for Several brands.At Gradient Technology Systems LLC, customer satisfaction is something that we take very seriously and would never compromise under any circumstancesUnfortunately, sometimes unavoidable delays/mistakes happenIn such rare cases, a satisfactory solution is always in place and preventable meaSures are introduced not to recur such delays/mistakes.On dated Sep 2016, only after *** *** ***agreed to our services over the recorded line, our technician worked on her system professionally and diligently and she was well informed about all the work we did to remove the malicious bugs and enhance the system performance which was her primary concern.In the case of ** *** ***, the list of jobs done on her Computer Were :Our technician cleaned up the virusesAll the traces of malwares and cookies in the system were fixed so that the computer can function smoothly and fastOur technician cleaned up Trozans from the computer systemOur technician fixed up some of the unresponding *.dll files which were corrupted and causing incorrect starting of the systemAnd after fixing them, the system worked well and started correctlyFirewalls and other generic default security were checked in order to see that all the portals in the computer are properly secured from the router and from the system as well and that there are no active ftp in the system. After rectifying the faults in her computer system, ** *** *** confirmed that her computer is now functioning well and expressed her full satisfaction over our technical support. However, Customer's husband over paid us $in error for which we have sent our refund check of $to herA copy of letter and check sent to ** *** *** are enclosed for your kind information. regarding his/her bank account security & potential Scam.Account research regarding this complaint shows that this customer database does not exists with us. Also regarding complainant (Complaint ID: [redacted]) bank accounts security, as per our company policy, we never ask any customer personal or financial information from customer over the telephonic conversations. We tried to contact this complainant (Complaint ID: [redacted]) multiple time.
